Then we interview key internal & external stakeholders, conduct a competency review of external partners, and review rigour of internal processes to diagnose barriers to profitable growth.
From the Effectiveness Audit, we then develop several strategic alternatives which can include new portfolio strategies, consumer-driven brand and route-to-market strategies, each with an executional plan to present to C-Suite leaders, to deliver internal alignment on the value-optimizing roadmap.
We lead or direct the resolution of both underlying and operational causes of ineffectiveness at both the strategic and tactical levels.
